We usually begin engaging with new partners through our proven Organization Needs Assessment that includes 3 Phases.

We prepare a management plan, identify concerns, consider data sources, and decide preliminary priorities.

We determine the target group, gather data to define needs, prioritize the needs, identify and analyze causes, and then summarize our findings for leadership.

Finally, we set priority needs, identify possible solutions, propose an action plan, and prepare our report.
